Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Governs all processes and procedures which deliver desired outcomes for the Digital department.
  • Responsible for the project management tools and all operations related to the digital department
  • Manage campaign timelines and deliverable across internal and external teams Implementation
  • Main communication channel with the client, and responsible for ensuring client’s satisfaction, in terms of quality of work delivered and timeline.
  • Revise deliverables and ensure all requirements are met within the expected quality and deadline.
  • Deliver clear monthly focus and deadline to the team.
  • Attend all accounts brainstorming sessions and ensure output from all meetings and sessions are clear to both social media specialist and graphic designer, and also meets client’s requirements and objectives.
  • Ensure KPI’s achievements in team performance (in measures of speed, quality, creativity, and also ensure KPI’s achievements met in monthly Media buying and overall account performance (this will be measured through account satisfaction form circulated to all clients after the end of each calendar/Campaign)
  • Report any issues pertaining to accounts status and client’s position and provide feedback to any client exist situations
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails whenever needed.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns, and ensure the client's satisfaction with the campaign's outcomes.
  • Gathering market and customer information and ensure competitive analysis are done effectively.
  • Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
  • Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Min 3 years of working experience at Digital Agency.
  • Expert in using project management tools and software.
  • In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
