Job Description
We're looking for a German/ English -speaking customer service agent who can answer calls, email customers, make bookings, and coordinate with our operations and costing departments.
You'll need to be able to work on your own but also work with others. It's a fast-paced environment, so you'll need to be able to think quickly and prioritize tasks.
The ideal candidate has some experience in booking systems, customer service,, or hospitality.
Excellent verbal and written communication ( German / English ) data entry,and booking system
Ability to work independently and under pressure
