Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Create and communicate sales goals and ensure team leaders are informed on the progress of those goals.
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
- Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
- Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
- Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
- Develop, implement and manage the marketing/PR strategy.
- Liaise and work closely with digital marketing and PR agencies.
- Plan, implement and manage marketing and lead generation campaigns and measure results.
- Develop and maintain a consistent corporate image and ensure that the brand is well communicated across all channels.
- Develop, implement and manage sales forecasting activities, targets, sectors, markets, territories and set performance goals to achieve company objectives.
- Coordinate liaison between sales and other departments.
- Develop and manage marketing/sales budgets.
- Direct staff, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs
- Contacting with Human Resources department for hunting qualified employees.
- Implement monthly presentation to board members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (MBA is preferred) or equivalent experience with a minimum of 20 years of related experience.
- Extensive executive-level management experience (10+ years).
- Extensive Real Estate Industry experience (5+ years).
- Strong visionary with proven leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Political awareness, professional expertise, financial orientation, self starting initiative, cross cultural awareness, organization astuteness and team spirit.
- Ability to select, develop and motivate necessary management talent to maintain the company's overall objectives.
- Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, loyalty, and openness.
- Must be a professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character.
- highly effective written and verbal communication, presentation and ambassadorial skills.
- Ability to secure confidence quickly and establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Able to work effectively with a CEO, senior management team and independent non-executive board.
