Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage operations at our new sweater factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, maintaining high-quality standards, and improving productivity across departments.

Responsibilities

• Production Supervision: Manage daily sweater knitting operations and ensure production goals are achieved efficiently and on time.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet the company's and industry's quality standards and promptly resolve any quality-related issues.
• Team Management: Supervise, train, and guide technicians and workers in the knitting department.
• Resource Optimization: Monitor and optimize raw material usage to minimize waste and maintain cost-effectiveness.
• Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules based on forecasts and orders.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve technical issues related to machinery and production processes.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed production reports, including performance indicators, downtime analysis, and improvement plans.
