Social Media Specialist

1- Planning, implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve -Marketing efforts and increase sales.
2- Creating and administering monthly content on all social media platforms, Video content on TikTok specifically, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement.
3. Liaise work between the team and the designer’s team.
4- Come up with new creative ideas for long- and short-form social media messages that attract new users and engage current users, and provide constructive feedback.
5- response to customer inquiries and complaints on all of our social media platforms in a professional way. 
6- creating a monthly report demonstrates the overall performance of our social media platforms and customer service.
