Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
  • Define the most important social media KPIs.
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign.
  • Manage, write, review, edit, and update content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
  • Conduct research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualize your findings.
  • Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials.
  • Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and promote company initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer.
  • creating a long-term SEO plan based on our marketing and business objectives.
  • Implement the two levels of optimization – on-page optimization and Off-page optimization.
  • Increase the website visibility on search engines (mainly Google) and attract our target segmentation locally and internationally.
  • Develop user and a mobile-friendly website to increase Click Through Rates (CTR) and improve search engine rankings.
  • Responsible for website ranking, in-depth keyword research, link building, and creating a website and blog content.
  • Create and modify product content that is published on e-Commerce platforms.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the behavior of visitors and customers of an online store.
  • Collecting comments regarding changes in the functionality and user interface.
  • Proposing changes to enhance the functionality and user interface to the superior.
  • Develop the Media Marketing campaigns, Google Ads (Search – GDN – YouTube – Apps), Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media.
  • Monitor changes in the website order number, sales, and product stock.
  • Assist with forming Hisecure overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, and distribution.
  • Work closely with different teams (Sales Management, Marketing, IT, and Operations) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
  • Suggest new products or categories be added to the website.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field. With at least 2 - 4 years of experience in channel marketing, digital marketing, product content management, and e-commerce.
  • Minimum of 1+ years experience in e-Commerce business (preferably Retail).
  • Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams.
  • Proactive to identify opportunities and issues, and embraces accountability
  • Ability to multitask, manage, prioritize and produce results quickly and keen to learn
  • Good business level of English & Arabic communication
  • Lead Generation – Demonstrated experience with using digital and/or print content to generate leads and sales.
  • Exceptional communication and education skills and understanding of E-commerce applications
