Job Description
- Handling client requests and take action needed
- Follow up on client requests and complaints till resolved
- Reporting client complaints to operations HOD.
- Responsible for all course preparation, and course start up reports
- Responsible for reporting issues and technical problems in LMS
- Responsible for all individual collections, on weekly basis
- Responsible for logistics (Invoice Delivery, transportation, etc...)
- Prepare presentation for running and upcoming courses
- Responsible for preparing course Material
- Responsible for Exams Registration
- Review operations Paperwork archiving
- Task Based Communication with Vendors and Suppliers
- Make sure of opening Webex session ( in case of virtual training)
- Responsible for Classroom courses administration
Job Requirements
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
- Bachelor’s degree of reputable university
- Very organized and detail oriented
- Very Good command of English Language
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- 1 year for juniors and 3 years for seniors of work experience in same field
