The senior business analysts are expected to drive the business requirement coordination of the new implementation and change needs for web and mobile app solutions.
Own requirement gathering, delivery.
Gathering, analyzing and document clients’ requirements
Simplify and deliver the final requirements to the ‘‘’Development’’ and ‘’Testing” teams.
Participate in user acceptance criteria, followed by go-live planning and guidance after go-live.
Gathering feedback from end users to identify opportunities for improvement
Anticipate and report any delays/ obstacles, in addition to proposing corrective action
Efficient in stakeholder management, communication and time management
Multi-tasker, work on multiple assignments at the same time
Maintains positive attitude and momentum in challenging situations.
Communicates effectively with all partners.
Takes personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work.

2-5 years experience working with information technologies and systems analysis
Good knowledge and experience on Agile methodologies
Experience as a product owner.
Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
Excellent analytical skills
Experience with software development and documentation
Solid knowledge of business information systems
Ability to explain technical details
A good problem-solving attitude
