Takes calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have.
Their duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers' needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.

Job Requirements
- Graduates and undergrads both are welcome .
- Minimum age 18 years old / maximum age 28 years old.
- Able to work rotational shifts (Morning Shift / Night Shift) .
- 2 months’ contract, might be 3 months based on business need.
- Good command of Arabic & English languages.
- Good usage of computer.
