Job Description
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties all over Egypt.
- Making appointments to meet new and existing customers.
- Follow up with all new clients and assisting them to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
- Presenting our project to prospective clients in a structured professional way.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
- Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences.
Job Requirements
- 1 – 2 years of Experience in Real Estate Brokerage is a must.
- Strong sales, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good use of Microsoft Office & CRM System
- Experience in Real Estate.
- English is Very good.
- Team work abilities.
- Presentable.
