Lead and manage the LC construction team of the assigned project.
Responsible of LC construction works in the assigned project.
Coordinate All LC works between Project Manager, LC Construction Manager, LC Technical Office, and LC Tendering Team
Planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones, and monitoring progress against established schedules
Following -up the inspection and release process during different steps of construction works.
Review and approve Interim invoices / progress billings/bills handed by the contractors assigned to the project.
Set-up and follow-up a unified progress reporting process and progress schedules.
Participate in contractors and subcontractors selection.
Prepare a detailed and summarized time schedule, progress report and progress schedule of the assigned project
Submit as-built drafts of the assigned project during different work steps.
Follow-up procurement requests process according to the work progress and time schedule.
Assist in performing the full cycle of the LC Works implementation in each project
Manage associated cost preparation responsibilities.
All other duties as relevant to the post.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Communication/Automation/Computer Sciences).

5-7 years in a similar position

Capable to well organize and present work to managers and decision makers
Able to manage the time and priorities
Able to manage a teamwork and dispatch tasks according to the team members capabilities
Able to transfer the know-how to the team members by a daily practical learning.
Good command of English both written and spoken
Experience of dealing with complex projects
Ability to work under pressure
High level of precision.
A good communicator
Like working with people with different qualifications and levels
Analytical and organized
A solid understanding of the LC construction industry and standards
