Job Description
- Talent acquisition; Recruit, interview and Hire the required candidates for the company.
- Hire Doctors and other technical staff for the clinics.
- Set the job descriptions and roles for company employees.
- Manage the legal documents for the staff (contracts, insurance, … )
- Plan and implement Operational development and training modules and programs
- Screen the candidates and select the most suitable ones.
- Prepare the payroll, deductions, rewards and etc..
- Perform the daily HR Department tasks; attendance
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as human resources specialist.
- Working in the medical field is preferred.
