Job Description
-Oversee the sales department, developing a comprehensive business plan including sales strategies and profit targets, conducting territory and sales analyzes, evaluating results and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Visiting potential and existing customers in order to provide information about the product or service provided by the company he represents, answering customer questions, dealing with their concerns and building brand awareness, through one-on-one meetings and large sales presentations.
-Securing individual sales and contracts depending on company and product, conducting deals in person through sales visits or via telephone or email.
-Forming new relationships with potential clients and following up on potential and existing clients through phone, email and sometimes regular visits.
-Leading a team of sales staff, including coaching the team, holding regular conference calls with its members, reviewing its expense reports, supporting it on an ongoing basis, and ensuring that everyone is meeting sales targets.
