SMG Pharmaceutical is hiring a District Manager - Cairo East & Cairo west

Responsibilities:

• - Effectively lead, coach, and develop a team of medical representatives to achieve their goals and contribute to the company's growth.
• - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• - Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and other events to showcase our company's expertise and products.
• -Achieve the company’s sales objectives and market share growth within agreed budgets and timescales through effective leadership of the sales team.
• - Consolidate reported feedback to plan for a customized action plan in cooperation with the team.
•  -Develop, maintain, and retain a solid business relationship with HCPs in his territory with well-defined development plans for key customers.
•  -Ensure effective management of the sales team including training and personal development in terms of ongoing training, coaching, and counseling through regular field visits.
