Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Social Services Project Manager to lead Merqah Foundation's social services team.
The Social Services Project Manager will ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the organization's social programs by overseeing case management and resource allocation. he will be key in optimizing service delivery, maximizing impact, and improving overall program efficiency. Social Services Project Manager will provide guidance and support to the social services team members.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Developing comprehensive operational plans, setting goals, and allocating resources effectively.
- Project Management: Overseeing various projects, including field research and document collection.
- Financial Management: Managing budgets, processing financial requests, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Donor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, manage donor requests, and ensure donor satisfaction.
- Train and develop staff: Conduct performance evaluations and implement strategies for employee growth and development.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Service, or a related field.
- 4-6 experience in non-profit organizations is a must.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focusing on continuous improvement and optimization.
