Job Description
We're looking for someone who’s a pro at prospect selection and establishing new connections. Someone who can manage the full sales cycle including negotiations, pricing, objection handling and sales closing. Ideally He/She should be someone with marketing agency sales/business development experience. He/She needs to have perfect English and ideally some work experience in the gulf and especially Saudi Arabia.
Ideally this candidate needs to have a marketing or mass communication degree to easily grasp services/products knowledge and concepts. Part of the recruitment process will involve “role-play” in which we give him an assignment for a potential client and they prepare a pitch.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new business leads/accounts & create their own prospecting lists.
- Conduct discovery and lead verification phone calls. (Cold Outreach)
- Conduct effective Sales pitches to new prospects & map the right type of service to the client requirements, industry, and sector.
- Plan and write Digital Marketing agency proposals.
- Act as the main point of contact for the accounts managed.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and prospects.
- Maintain an updated & properly segmented, comprehensive database of leads, opportunities, and accounts.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar position at a (digital) marketing agency.
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Comm or Business Administration or Marketing is a must.
- Experience as a sales executive, account manager, or business developer.
- Fluency in English written and spoken communication.
