Job Description
- Maintain a smooth customer journey & a good relationship with the client through the
onboarding phase. - Confirm an accurate handover from sales department with a clear introduction involving
both the customer and Sales team member. - Follow up on requirements and educate customers to speed up publishing accounts
- Delivering the best practice to the customer from an e-commerce perspective through the
onboarding cycle. - Managing dashboards for both new customers and existing accounts subscribing for store
management as an additional service.

- Strategic decision maker to tailor implementation as per the customer needs.
- Organizational skills to connect and work with various stakeholders.
- Driven and highly motivated to ensure customer success.
