Job Description

  • Maintain a smooth customer journey & a good relationship with the client through the
    onboarding phase.
  • Confirm an accurate handover from sales department with a clear introduction involving
    both the customer and Sales team member.
  • Follow up on requirements and educate customers to speed up publishing accounts
  • Delivering the best practice to the customer from an e-commerce perspective through the
    onboarding cycle.
  • Managing dashboards for both new customers and existing accounts subscribing for store
    management as an additional service.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken communication.
  • Strategic decision maker to tailor implementation as per the customer needs.
  • Organizational skills to connect and work with various stakeholders.
  • Driven and highly motivated to ensure customer success.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as Customer Onboarding
