Job Description

  • Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis and resolution of complex desktop problems for end users, prepare and maintain daily trouble and status reports recommend and implement corrective solutions, responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to ensure efficient operation of the organization's Workstation/Network environment.
  • Receive and respond to incoming calls, e-mails, and/or in person regarding IT Incidents.
  • Update and maintain IT Department equipment’s inventory.
  • Maintain and resolve issues on LAN/WAN, VoIP telephones and PDA devices.
  • Data center room environment optimization and daily maintenance.
  • Support new branch or distribution center IT equipment establishment.
  • Handle hardware receiving/disposal and software license tracking.
  • Plan and manage small to medium size projects.
  • Train end users when new software or IT equipment arrive at sites.
  • Repair and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers and PDA devices.
     

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
  • 2-3 years of experience working in a professional platform.
  • Knowledge of past Help Desk/ Support Ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of networking and connectivity – DHCP, DNS, Cabling, etc.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and IOS Operating Systems.
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Able to repair and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers and PDA devices.
