Job Description
- Maintains personnel files in compliance with Egyptian labor law.
- Communicate and follow up with governmental entities(Labor Office/Social Insurance Office).
- Good Knowledge of Labor office & Social Insurance offices procedures and transactions.
- Monitor employee attendance
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
- Handling employees' Leaves based on labor law & keeping an updated employee's leave balance on a daily basis.
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Receives and processes personnel forms.
- Assist in the orientation process of new hires.
Job Requirements
- Males are preferred.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Certificates will be a plus.
- Good command of English
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Strong ability in using MS Office.
