Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and implement brand strategy, including setting style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
- Lead communication strategy and manage advertising agency for planning and execution of all communication across channels, including direct, on ground, ATL, online and social media
- Lead all media activities and manage media agency
- Set objectives, monitor performance & propose optimization and tests
- Assist with new and existing product development, pricing, production, and new product launches as well as develop new business opportunities
- Create and manage promotional activities with individual consumers, corporates, organizations and other institutions
- Generate ongoing consumers and competitor insights and analysis
- Budget for marketing activities and prioritize expenditure
- Manage and coordinate PR activities
Job Requirements
- 5 - 6 years of experience in Product/Service Marketing or a relevant role
- Solid command of Digital and Social Media marketing tools and techniques
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders and drive alignment
- Highly organized, impact-driven, and process oriented
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Arabic
- Personal Skills: Leadership, Self-Motivated, Teamwork, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Result Oriented, Growth Mindset
