Job Description

  • Achieving sales goals/targets, and objectives by:
  • Executes the sales plan and search for new customers for the two main allocated field: HORECA (Hotels & hospitals, Restaurants and Cafes) and Industrial/Manufacturers sector, according to the commercial policy of the company.
  • Identify sales opportunities and fulfills new client’s necessities according to the company's marketing policy and attributed competency area.
  • Promoting and selling FIROZ products & services with Assessing client-specific needs Handle objections, complains, Close deals and Follow up.
  • Contact potential clients through meetings, calls and emails.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
  • Actively develops and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Ensure optimum CRM.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

Job Requirements

  • Must have previous experience as key account Manager.
  • Bachelor degree 
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiation.
  • Strong communication (both verbal and written).
  • Bilingual Proficient (Arabic and English)
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Possess a work ethics.
  • Experience in the industry is not a must.
  • Be a very dynamic sales person who is fully committed to bring potential business deals 
  • Have sufficient experience working in B2B model is preferable.
