Job Description
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Produce error-free accounting reports and present results.
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
- Provide technical support and advice on Management account.
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
- Coordinate with other accountants and bookkeepers.
- Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process.
- Provide input into department’s goal setting process.
- Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.
- Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
- Coordinate with internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
- Participate in planning, assigning and reviewing staff’s work.
- Support month-end and year-end close process.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Liaise with managers to improve financial procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- AUC or GUC or equivalent graduates are welcome to apply.
- 3+ years of accounting experience.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Working knowledge of tax laws.
- Strong financial analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and stress management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
- Ability to train and supervise staff.
- Ability to work with minimal amount of supervision.
