About the job Accounts Payable Executive (Temp)
Responsibilities:
Our client is a leading MNC company in the oil and gas industry and is looking Payable Accountant.
We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive for 1-2 months contract (Ideally until end of January 2024) to manage financial transactions, ensure accurate invoice processing, and maintain vendor relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices accurately and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and process payments, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
- Reconcile vendor statements and contribute to compliance reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Proven experience in accounts payable.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and software.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Location: Al Reemas Building, SZR
Timings: Monday to Friday | 08.00 AM to 05.00 PM
