Digital Marketing Supervisor

Education

• Bachelor's degree: Mass Communication, Marketing, business administration

Experience

• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in digital marketing and web technologies
• Platform social media (Facebook ads, Instagram, Twitter, Google )
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Senior Specialist or Supervisor; managing a team.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
• At least 4 years hands-on experience with Google ads (search and display), Facebook ads (leads generation, app installs  and engagement)
• Can lead, motivate and monitor the daily activity of at least 6 team members
• Project planning skills (familiar with forms and sheets) and has high task organizing skills
• Google Search and Google Display Certified
• Can manage all campaign aspects (landing pages, ..)
• Up-to-date with newest digital technologies and trends (can use and recommend campaign optimization and reporting tools)
• Prepare monthly media plan for all business units activity
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Flexible to travel at least once monthly to engage with the team and follow-up closely with the work-flow
• Can work and coordinate with other digital teams heads in  a timely managed manner
