Dear Applicants,
We are looking for Fresh Law graduates from English Section, to work with the CEO as Administrative Assistant, to Writing emails, memos and other drafting work.
some of responsibilities:
- Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Law English Section.
- 0-1 Experience in Administrative Work.
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- High sense of responsibility
- Able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment
