Job Description
• Organize pipeline activities of foundation, supports and welding works of 30”and 40” pipes for various distances
• Organize above/underground piping site activities including painting, wrapping, coating, fabrication, welding, erection
• Prepare and conduct piping hydro testing works as per QC requirements
• Prepare and manage erection and alignment of equipment
• Prepare, develop and maintain up to date quality procedures, documents and method of statement given to client/Consultant.
• Weld consumable control, Final dimensional inspection.
• Maintain project material certification.
• Prepare PQR (Procedure Qualification for WPS), qualify welders and prepare welder qualifications and welders ID.
• Review of associated quality control documentation to ensure that equipment and materials are manufactured in accordance with applicable codes, client and project specifications and standards.
Job Requirements
- Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 Years of Experience as a Mechanical or Electrical QC (in Contracting/Construction field is a MUST).
- Good analytical skills
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
