BIM Manager

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage projects using the Building Information Modelling process from design to operation.
• Responsible for BIM standard development and implementation.
• Provide technical support for BIM enabling software applications to the project teams.
• Prepare project BIM Execution Plan
• Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
• Ensure changes in procedure and standards are effectively communicated to project teams.
• Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other
  disciplines design-changes and model changes. 
• BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project set up.
• Following up the design phases during all project stages.
• Distribute all short intervals and overall project schedules.
• Manage BIM library and families /Build and collect REVIT families per staff requests.
• Responsible for creating BIM Template and ensure standards are followed.
• Coordinate BIM tasks & requirements between disciplines.
• Receives/reviews fulfilled requirements/tasks from disciplines compared to modeling methodology.
• Implementing quality control procedures, identifying and documenting clashes, coordinating data modelling processes and collaborating with the design teams.
• Manage the submittal log and ensure all submittals are processed promptly.
