Job Description
- Maintain all General Trade sales and distribution activities within the assigned region.
- Establish deals with distributors and wholesalers.
- Manage the business of distributors and monitor their stock levels and credit balance.
- Report stock-flow to direct manager and department head on weekly basis.
- Receive orders of distributors through Territory Supervisors and process them to the internal Customer Service Team.
- Coordinate with the Logistics department for fulfilling the terms and conditions of delivering the products to distributors and sub-distributors.
- Collect sales data and figures from distributors and report them to the Regional Sales Manager and head of the Sales department.
- Compile and analyze sales figures.
- Manage distributors’ compensations and market discounts at the end of each month.
- Recommend and execute sales promotional activities within the designated area.
- Monitor the team's performance and motivate them to reach targets.
- Coach, evaluate and compensate team and put the targets and KPIs for individual Territory Supervisors.
- Keep track of customer information.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- FMCG experience is a MUST
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Successful previous experience as unit sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Very Good in excel and Microsoft program
- Good English language is required
