Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Present and promote products or services to prospects.
3. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through consistent effort and persistence.
4. Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
5. Provide product information, pricing, and quotes as needed.
6. Handle objections and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
7. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to company policies and procedures.

 


 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
1. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively over the phone.
2. Sales Experience: Previous experience in telesales is required.
3. Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
4. Resilience and Persistence: Consistent and persistent in pursuing sales opportunities, even in the face of rejection. Capable of handling objections with confidence and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the sales process. Demonstrates resilience by bouncing back quickly from setbacks and persistently pursuing leads.
5. Proactive and Go-Getter Attitude: Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.
6. Confidence: Projects confidence and enthusiasm during sales calls, instilling trust and credibility with prospects.
7. Effective Objection Handling: Skilled in addressing objections and overcoming barriers to close sales. Uses active listening and persuasive techniques to address customer concerns.
8. Goal-Oriented: Motivated by sales targets and driven to meet or exceed them consistently. Sets ambitious but achievable goals and takes proactive steps to reach them.
9. Organizational Skills: Manages time effectively to prioritize tasks and follow up with leads.
10. Adaptability: Able to adapt quickly to changes in scripts, products, or sales strategies. Flexibility to pivot approach based on customer feedback and market trends.
11. Ethical Conduct: Maintains honesty and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Additional Requirements:

• Laptop. 
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Fluent in English (additional languages may be a plus).
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
