Job Description
- Engage in the Design Phase of various Residential type buildings, starting from scratch till execution.
- Prepare the concept design inspirations, mood board, material selection.
- Provide and work on planning a high quality interior spaces.
- Provide A well thought of designed facades.
- Provide Accurate 3D modelling and detailed designs as the Arch. & structure plans indicate.
- Deliver the high-quality Design shots by VARY for exterior and interior.
- Prepare the architectural Working plans package as Designed.
Job Requirements
- Professional Degree in Architecture.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar positions
- Must have a Good Work experience in high quality Plan Design
- Strong conceptual, 3D modeling, graphic and design skills.
- Must be a Good user of Autodesk 3Ds Max, Vray, Auto-cad and Adobe Photoshop
- Must have a previous Design portfolio including 3D designs & rendering of Architecture and interior projects.
- Familiar with kuwait codes standards and Cultural Design Aspect is preferable.
- A good knowledge in Revit & Unreal engine is A Plus
