Job Description
Digital Activities Strategic Planning
- Develop a budgeted annual digital marketing plan according to marketing Strategy and objectives.
- Review and improve the annual plan regularly according to sales performance, promotion activities, products launch, and new launches.
- Define digital marketing activities and regularly review the calendar that contains promotional activities, events, and influencer campaigns to ensure its alignment with offline marketing strategy and activities.
- Manage and overview the monthly calendar and monitor its execution and consistency.
- Overview and monitor Customers’ Inquiries handling and ensure that the response is quick and efficient on all digital marketing platforms.
- Plan Digital Campaigns and define outlines of themes, designs, and Competitions for assigned Products And overview Its Production/Execution.
- Communicate closely with media buying agencies to plan, monitor, and improve digital campaigns according to the Product’s Selling Point, And Sales Performance.
- Define standards of influencers selection according to Engagement rate, Followers’ number, and product type or theme.
- Overview and monitor Influencers’ digital campaigns according to the agreed posting plan.
Customer Relation Management
- Overview and manage Digital media Channels’ performance regarding Customer relation management in responsiveness rate, effective solutions, and managing complaints.
- Follow up closely with customers' complaints and manage the solution procedures to take corrective action according to company policy and regulations.
- Manage closely client’s engagement rate and loyalty rate through the regular reports submitted.
- Research current benchmark trends and audience preferences and stay up to date with current technologies and trends in promotional activities & competitions, design tools, and applications
Team Management
- Communicate digital marketing objectives with the team regularly and assign tasks accordingly.
- Manage team performance and analyze the regular progress reports sent in order to ensure that they are aligned with the previously agreed plan.
- Analyze and plan training needs in order to improve team performance.
- Evaluate team performance and provide one-to-one Constructive feedback to coach, improve or praise.
- Define hiring needs and team selection standards and communicate closely with the assigned departments to manage the process.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media, or relevant field.
- Strong team management, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- A minimum of 5 - 6 years experience in Digital marketing and 2 years with Marketing Agencies is a must.
- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function.
- Excellent Command of English (Grammar and Punctuation Writing)
- Excellent analytical, time-management, and project-management skills
- Professional User of Microsoft Office (Word – Excel – PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge of digital ads platform.
- Attention to detail.
