We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

In this role, you will:

•    Implement & execute activities/ strategies to improve efficiency/ effectiveness of UAE collection centres which has quantifiable impact on the business.•    Build in and manage robust Recovery and Skip Trace processes to increase return rates in country (UAE)•    Improve recovery performance through increased ability to collect outstanding debt.•    Manage third party relationships with Domestic and Overseas Agencies, across the countries where agencies are engaged for UAE portfolio.•    Manage UAE write-of recoveries and skip trace aspects of work related to WPB Collections.•    Manage the Collection Field Operations function and ensure that all process involved is managed effectively through the third-party FTE.•    Manager FCCS Collections – Legal Operations function and to ensure that all the process / policy is aligned and adhered to as per the requirements.
