Job Description

-This position serves as the main focal point between healthcare facilities/providers and
Potential and new clients coming from all sources
-It serves as well in establishing strong connections between sources of new clients and the
facility and the ability of planning to increase the potential of these sources
-Awareness of all facility resources and make sure to reflect it in the best way possible to
increase the demand for the facility

- Patient Intake and Scheduling and Patient Referrals.
- Timely and Accurate Service Execution
- Client Satisfaction
- Service delivery Coordination Efficiency

- Setting clear expectations with clients regarding the scope, timeline, and outcomes of services.
- Resource Management
-Client Retention Rate
- Feedback Management and Monitoring Patient Experience.

- Accurate Record Keeping
- Data Reporting
- Compliance with Healthcare Regulations

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Service Coordinator or similar role
  • Strong work ethic and service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Stay up to date with services, policies and regulations
  • Strong record-keeping and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • An associates degree or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration is preferred
