Job Description
- Work with a team of people and help them get the most out of their natural sales talents.
- Manage a team of 5 or more telesales agents and direct sales reps. who will target and approach potential clients to sell them our privilege and discount cards.
- Lead, direct, manage your team to achieve their monthly sales targets.
- Achieve your own monthly sales target in addition for team targets.
- Collaborate with management and your peers to discover best practices and brainstorm ideas to solve challenges big and small.
- Identify opportunities for individual and team performance improvement, follow an improvement process, and bridge the gap.
- Positively resolve conflict and achieve excellent results by balancing a sense of empathy, care, and performance with customers and staff.
- Take care of some administrative tasks like managing time off, approving payroll adjustments, managing team schedule adherence, and monitoring performance results.
- Takes the ‘extra mile’ to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales by clarifying to customers the benefits of subscribing to the company’s services.
- Visits customers’ premises to close deals when needed.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience
- Are a strong leader and good relationship builder.
- Based in Cairo
- Have a naturally positive attitude.
- Is a problem-solver with a genuine desire to help people be successful.
- Have previous solid supervisory sales experience in both telesales and direct sales, not less than 5 years.
- Possess a strong sales background with the ability to drive results for your team
