Job Description
- Responsible, together with the Accounting Manager, for all accounting routines in compliance with the standards and values of the company, local tax and accounting regulations;
- Coordinate the accounting operations: accounts payable, intercompany transactions, stock management, general ledger analysis, bank and reconciliations of credit-cards and accounts, fixed assets, salaries, cash flow forecast, monthly and yearly cut, Corporate Tax calculation & administration, External audit correspondence;
- Manage and delegate the workload to the accounting team as well as lead and train them;
- Generate and ensure accuracy and timely reporting of monthly, quarterly and yearly closing;
- Communicate with other departments within the company as well as external auditors and tax authorities;
- Accomplish projects for the Accounting Manager and Finance Manager.
Job Requirements
- BSc of Commerce – Accounting Section
- 10-12 years’ experience in the same position preferred in Pharmaceutical industry
- (2-3 years’ experience in audit will be valued)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Fluent English
- High planning & organizing skills
- High delegation & leadership skills
- Self-motivating and inspiring
- Available to travel/ flexibility to move
