- Enhance the overall guest experience by coordinating concierge services, arranging transportation, and fulfilling special requests.

- Create a welcoming and comfortable environment, attending to guest needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout their journey.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in a Receptionist role or Office Manager.

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.

3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

4. Discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

5. Fluency in English.

6. Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is desirable but not necessary.

7. Ability to work on a shift basis.

8. Foreign residents in Egypt are encouraged to apply.
