Job Description

  • Contributing to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
  • Optimizing personnel utilization by increasing cross-functionality and interdepartmental cooperation.
  • Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
  • Aligning with the Talent Acquisition team for drafting and updating the company’s Job Descriptions.
  • Responsible for updating the Departmental Organization Chart.
  • Create and develop a Career path for Staff,
  • Assist in implementing Employee Satisfaction and Engagement Programs with the Employee Relation team.
  • Create and develop Competency Models, and Company KPI's System
  • Update the Retention policy based on exit interviews and external environment to minimize future regrettable loss
  • Manage development and implementation of monitoring systems for departmental performance indicators and standards, including ensuring data quality and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the communication to all staff of performance issues including the preparation of reports for managers, committees and giving presentations.
  • Plan and implement a comprehensive performance management function for services across the department.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance on the performance management framework.
  • Integrate performance management principles within the department including; strategic and service planning, operational service delivery, project and management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Any Post graduate studies (HR Diploma, Certificate…etc.) is a plus
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as an organizational development specialist in a related industry.  And preferred background in FMCG.
  • Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Superb analytical and time-management skills.
