Job Description
- Work closely with operation team, patients, and doctors to meet patient`s expectations and satisfaction
- Follow-up and manage patients and doctors virtually.
- Help first-time users of digital services.
- Help to process the smooth running of daily activities.
- Report to the appropriate health service specialist and feedback on the progress of his/her daily duties.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent with messaging applications including social media.
- Experience in healthcare is preferable.
- Shows the ability to calm frustrated patients quickly and make decisions based upon anticipated outcomes.
- Good computer skills, social media and phone knowledge (Excellent phone skills with patients).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision making
- Good in English.
- Methodical and analytical with excellent attention to detail.
