Job Description
- Managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with electro mechanic teams.
- Work on achieving project goals (quality, cost, time).
- Doing quality control checks for site works on periodic basis.
- Assist in developing and maintaining overall project schedule and short-term schedules.
- Prepare and provide monthly project status reports, project billings, project forecasting, and provide other information as required to keep upper management and client properly informed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors in architecture engineering.
- +10 years of experience in site supervision in Egypt or MENA/GCC.
- Must have previous experience in finishing.
- Retail experience is a must.
- Details oriented.
- Good communication skills.
