Job Description
- Conduct manufacturing process audits to verify,review and evaluate the manufacturing process and critical process monitors to established criteria.
- Performed process audits in a manufacturing environment to verify conformance to technical documentation engineering specifications ,and customer requirements.
- Assist quality manager with quality control.
- Perform random,scheduled,and surprise quality audits of job sites,vendors,and other subcontractors.
- Conduct audits of organizational processes,operations,and systems to identify and recommend changes and improvements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls,operational procedures,and risk management processes.
- Created follow up log and KPI's for process audit.
- Implementation of ISO standards through process and internal audits.
- Track issues through to closure including reviewing the corrective action taken.
- Communicate findings and non-conformity in a constructive way to reach manufacturing and safety goals.
- Conduct walk through throughout the factory places.
Job Requirements
- Graduated from faculty of engineering.
- 1+ Experience in the same field.
- Excellent in English.
- Age 23 to 30.
- Proficiency in MS programs.
