Job Description
- Develop maintenance plans, policies, procedures and ensure implementation.
- Carry out inspections of the machinery to identify and resolve issues.
- Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality.
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities to make sure that maintenance procedures are according to company health & safety and quality standards.
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary in coordination with the purchasing department.
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
- Find ways to cut costs and maximize profits
- Develop strategies for greater fuel efficiency
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Maintenance Engineer ( Equipment - Trucks - Cars ) or similar role
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail to ensure records are kept as needed
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to work with various departments
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering is preferred
- Relevant training and/or certifications in Maintenance.
- +8 Years Of experience .
