Job Description
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- working hours : from 3 PM to 9 PM and from 9 PM to 3 AM (shift 6 hours only)
- 2 days off
- working from office
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting a sales quota, preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
- Fluency in English is a must.
Excellent communication skills over the phone.
Call Center sales experience is a must.
Only Cairo residents - Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus.
