Main Job Purpose
Drive on ground Activations in line with Quarter business Goals Design and execute product promotions to maximize sell out and increase number of dealing customers Maximization of our eCommerce endeavours and delivering best in class expertise and execution in the channel.
Support to deliver Egypt eCommerce commercial strategy on ground. Determines 24/7 onsite promotion activities together with Region Team and briefs digital colleagues. Determines and briefs colleagues on commercial activities based on annual sales plan to drive commercial success like campaigns, 3 rd party promotions, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Advertising (SEA), display advertising. Secures product assortment & ensure 7OAs on Trade Partners, Pure players & UFS.com. Measurement and reporting of eCommerce performance (traffic, time spent, bounce rate, Turnover, Reach etc). Monitoring and following up on digital agency. Audits and health checks on UFS website. Marketo platform support. Briefing, coordinating and evaluating external parties such as Digital & Creative Agency and PR
Critical success Factors for the Job
Marketing/Channel and /or Activation background Digital: Managed precision and performance marketing campaigns Data analysis and report writing abilities Stakeholder management
E-commerce Experience Dynamic, result driven and customer centric Knowledge in Digital Marketing/Media Plans English is mandatory B2B experience is a plus
