Job Description

  • Prepares work requests in coordination with the Recruitment Department
  • Prepares personnel files in terms of justifications for appointments and company forms
  • He coordinates with the Recruitment Department in preparing an introduction and training plan for new employee
  • Prepares an insurance file for new employees and sends it to the insurance specialist
  • Follows up on the end of the probationary period and the renewal of contracts with the direct manager on the specified dates
  • He follows up on the issuance of health insurance cards with the insurance specialist
  • He solves the problems of labor offices and insurances in coordination with the insurance specialist
  • It lists and reviews all vacations and holidays on SAP System
  • He prepares the allowances and overtime for all employees and sends them to the direct manager

Job Requirements

  • Males only.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Good command of English.
  • Professional use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Teamwork
