Job Description

  • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle all the administrative tasks  in order to optimize workflow
  • Provide admin support to Executive Manager like Typing, Photocopying and Scanning.
  • Answer phone calls and take messages.
  • Take minutes of meetings.
  • Develop and maintain a filing and archiving systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • 4-5 years Experience as personal assistant.
  • Excellent English, written & spoken.
  • Microsoft skills , Excel , word , power point.
