Job Description
- Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle all the administrative tasks in order to optimize workflow
- Provide admin support to Executive Manager like Typing, Photocopying and Scanning.
- Answer phone calls and take messages.
- Take minutes of meetings.
- Develop and maintain a filing and archiving systems.
Job Requirements
