Job Description

Job Duties :

  • Dealing with various government agencies.
  • Attending discussions and external meetings based on the instructions of the Director of the Department
  • Follow up on external issues until they are completely completed based on the instructions of DGR.
  • issuing all licenses and permits and dealing with all the different parties necessary in this.
  • Providing approvals for outdoor ads and their licenses
  • Carry out the tasks assigned to him which are specified by KPIs.

Job Requirements

Education & Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, especially with Military or Army background.
  • 10-15 years of experience (must 5 of them in the Governmental relation)

Qualifications

  • Close to October district
  • Real Estate background is a must. 
  • Presentable with good attitude
  • Car owner is a must due to work needs. 
  • Maximum age 50 

Skills

  • Excellent negotiation skills  
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Very good Communication skills 
  • Can work under pressure within timeline.
