Job Description

  • Build monthly plans for social media platforms with effective strategies targeting Qurba Audience with increasing the visibility of a company’s social content.  
  • Create and manage both paid and organic campaigns on social platforms targeting the right audience and achieving the communicated objectives.
  • Set the success metrics for campaign succession.
  •  Generate English/ Arabic engaging social media posts on different platforms "Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube.
  • Share stories for social media on different platforms.
  • Work closely with our Graphics Designers, Business Development Specialist, and Photography teams to align and coordinate to reach the business goals.
  • Write engaging and creative content for campaigns on social media platforms. Including Campaign Slogan, Tag Line, and Posts’ caption.
  • Support with moderating social media on different platforms following Qurba standards.
  • Participate in writing scripts for YouTube programs/videos.
  • Brainstorm with the business team for creative ideas.
  • Keeping updated with the latest social media trends.
  • Deliver weekly reports about social media. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or Business Administration) or any related field
  • Create and manage both paid and organic campaigns on social platforms targeting the right audience and achieving the communicated objectives.
  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Experience with product launches and/or integrated marketing campaigns and brand strategy
  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels

  • Experience planning and leading initiatives
  • Outstanding understanding of e-marketing and delivery of business transformation
  • Demonstrates the ability to identify opportunities and has a customer-centered approach.

  • Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics
  • Excellent English
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
