Job Description
- Preparing and recording all monthly accruals entries.
- Following up, monitoring and recording all entries which related to FOREX entries.
- Review all accounting transactions and assure all entries are recorded correctly.
- Reviewing and recording periodical tax reconciliation with tax authority.
- Reviewing and recording periodical social insurance reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing monthly trail balance, P&L, Balance sheet and cash flow.
- Preparing all entries which related to leasing according to accounting standard.
- Preparing and recording all adjusting entries.
- Preparing the allocation base for permanent labors wages.
- Following up leasing contracts.
- Following up all rental contracts and insurance policy.
- Analyzing operating cost and SG&A.
- Assist in percentage of completion report for MEP projects.
- Assist in annual closing.
Job Requirements
- Commerce Bachelor degree (Accounting Department)
- 5-8 years of experience in the same role
- Preferred to have experience in Construction companies
- Must be certified either IFRS or CMA
- Ability to identify problems and discrepancies, independently perform research and analysis of causes, and recommend corrective actions
- Comfort with manipulating and managing large amounts of data with heavy reconciliation skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced work environment
