Job Description
Technical Responsibilities:
- Responsible for (HVAC – Sanitary – Fire Fighting – Elevators – Kitchens and Laundry Equipment - Medical Gases – Water Treatment Plants) departments.
- Prepare design concepts based on client requirements.
- Review all projects issued designs.
- Review issued Bills of quantities based on design.
- Keep updated with codes and standards.
- Review all projects specifications.
- Monitor the project progress to maintain project activities as per time schedule.
- Build and maintain strong coordination with technical departments.
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing data and recommending actions.
- Advise top management on the progress of work is in line with working plan program.
Team Management:
- Direct all the available resources to achieve the project success at all project phases.
- Develop strategies to improve team performance through ongoing training and development.
- Set the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team.
- Optimize team’s abilities and members to increase team productivity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 20 years of experience.
- Consultant in HVAC or Fire Fighting is a MUST and preferable in other mechanical majors.
- Proven work experience in designing major projects.
- Strong knowledge of engineering codes.
- Very good computer skills (Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, HAP, Duct Size and Elite Fire).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Very good command of English.
