Job Description
• Manage credit portfolio for the UGA Finance program
• Identify and implement strategies for improving the consumer credit portfolio
• Analyze and monitor finance program health, credit mix, pricing, and performance
• Creates documentation of acceptable programs; defines what is and is not standard. Presents documentation and deploys findings to sales efforts
• Facilitates improved transparency to Sales and executive management to support growth of client portfolios
• Produce and enhance internal and external portfolio reporting
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• 5+ years in finance, banking, credit, or a related field
• Strong Excel, Word, technical/analytical skills
• Experience with consumer credit and financial modeling preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees both verbally and in writing
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to relate with a diverse group of customers/clients/vendors
